A decision that has pulled the Welsh nation into two. On the one side, the drivers who are now crawling through the towns and country not knowing what speed to adhere to. On the other, cyclists and pedestrians feeling safer going about their daily routines.
 
A blanket implementation with adjustments according to certain areas has angered many, questioned its practicalities in places, and baffled others with quick changes of speed over short stretches.
 
Time to slow down and enjoy the journey, or time to speed up and take action.
