Driven by poverty to keep her family fed, the woman steps out into the dark unforgiving streets of Tiger Bay. Strewn with payday coins, the sailor staggers from the bar in search of further reward for his ship’s profitable endeavours. 
 
The alleyways littered with rubbish, drunks, and thieves, as the Bay comes to life once more. 
 
A life so far removed from that of the empire builders who created this dockland. Not a second thought for that which now exists below the Harbour Master’s office, as the second deal of the sailor’s day is struck. This one for the few coins that sustains their lives in this world. 
 
Supply and demand for the oldest profession known to man. A small cog in the wheel, but one nonetheless that comes hand in hand with the opulence of the world’s richest economic waterfront.
